Who runs the audits

Every audit on this site was run by one person.

Not a sales team, not an offshore contractor, and not a report generated by a tool and forwarded without being read. Dalton Nicely holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Findlay, wrote the software that performs these audits, and reads every finding before it is sent to a clinic.

Why clinics, and not everyone.

Most web designers will build anything for anyone. That sounds like flexibility, and it is really just a lack of pattern recognition. A designer who builds one med spa site a year meets a treatment page cannibalisation problem once, does not recognise it, and ships it.

Aesthetics has its own failure modes. Treatment pages that compete against each other for the same search. Compounded medication wording the FDA has written letters about. Map results, rather than web pages, deciding who gets the phone call. Practices that spend real money producing content and then tell Google not to index it, without ever knowing.

Reading a hundred of these sites in a row is what makes the patterns visible. That is the entire argument for specialising, and it is why Nicely Web Design does not take on restaurants.

What that has actually produced.

100+

Clinic sites audited

Med spas and medical weight loss practices across fifteen states, each read ten inner pages deep rather than judged by the homepage.

99%

Had something fixable

All but one carried at least one defect costing it patients. Most were invisible from the front of the website.

1

Person reading them

Every finding is verified by hand before it reaches a clinic owner, because a wrong finding is worse than no finding.

The qualifications, stated plainly.

And what is deliberately not claimed.

An about page is where most agencies inflate. Here is the other column, because a clinic owner deserves to know what they are not getting before they pay rather than after.

The easiest way to judge any of this.

Do not take an about page's word for it. Send a clinic website address and the findings come back within 48 hours, in writing, with instructions for verifying each one independently. No call is required and nothing has to be bought.

If the findings are useful, hand them to whoever built the site. That is a good outcome and it cost nothing.
