A form that emails you is not a system
The email lands while you are under a sink. You mean to call back after the job. Two days later it is nine emails down and the customer has hired someone else.
And that is the version where the form works. The worse version is more common than you would think:
We audited a rental company's site earlier this year and found their contact form was not connected to anything at all. It showed the customer a green checkmark, told them "we'll call you within 15 minutes," and then deleted their name and phone number in the browser.

Every lead logged with a timestamp, moved through New, Contacted, Quoted, Won or Lost with one click. Your close rate and response time calculate themselves.
Shows what works
Which source brings the jobs worth having, not just the most calls. Sometimes the channel with fewer leads is the one paying your mortgage.
Never fakes it
If anything ever goes wrong on the way, the visitor sees your phone number, not a checkmark. A form that lies about sending is worse than no form.

Questions
Will this work with the website I already have?
Usually yes. If it is WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Shopify or a custom build, the dashboard sits alongside it and your existing form feeds it.
There are a few builders locked down enough that it is not worth forcing. Send me your address and I will tell you which category you are in before you pay anything.
What if my form is already broken?
Then that is the most valuable thing you will learn this month, and I will tell you for free. It is more common than people expect, and there is no warning when it happens. Everything looks fine from the outside.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It is a page on your own website with a password. Works on your phone, works on your laptop, nothing to download and no seats to buy.
Can my crew see it?
Right now it is one password for the owner. If you need separate logins for a crew or an office manager, tell me and we will sort it, but most people running a small operation do not want that and I would rather not sell you something you will never switch on.
What happens to my leads if I cancel?
You export them. One button, CSV, opens in Excel. It is your data and there is no hostage situation. Your site keeps working too.
Is $95 a month really the whole price?
For the dashboard, yes, and it is month to month with no contract. Text alerts run through a phone service that costs a couple of dollars a month on top if you want them, and I will tell you the real number rather than hiding it in the plan.
